What you will do with us
We would like to welcome you to our team, where you will play a key role in taking care of our existing customers and partners not only within the Czech Republic. You will be responsible for handling their requests and complete order processing of our services. This also involves the distribution and management of terminal equipment (SIM cards, modems, routers). You can use your creativity in designing and implementing various marketing strategies.
You will be involved in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to maximize the efficiency of the entire team.
If you are communicative and have a team spirit, then this position is ideal for you.
What you should know, have, be able to
We welcome any experience in administration, customer care etc. Definitely need to have very good communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement of procedures within your team. We will appreciate independence at work and a willingness to learn new things. You will be working predominantly in our systems but working with Word/Excel is also essential.
