Application Support Engineer in Operations team

What you will do with us

You will manage and monitor the operation of business and customer applications. You will be responsible for resolving technical incidents and analyzing their causes. At the same time, you will provide support to users and assist with their requirements in the field of telecommunication and payment services.

You will work closely with developers, database specialists and administrators. You will also work on automating routine tasks to streamline your team’s processes. You will also be involved in the implementation of new solutions and their testing.

We require

  • Experience with application support and IT systems operation
  • Knowledge of the LINUX operating system
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
  • Experience with scripting and task automation
  • Ability to solve problems and work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and improve processes
