We are currently looking for a new person to join the team, who will be responsible for active sales of COMVERGA solutions, close cooperation with customers and the development of new products and sales directions in Poland.
The job holder's responsibilities will include:
- acquiring new clients to use COMVERGA solutions
- Planning and implementation of budgeted sales targets in the assigned customer groups and market segments,
- Actively participate in the preparation of the strategy and planning of activities as part of the preparation of the Sales Strategy
- ongoing cooperation with clients to maximise revenue from implemented services and sales of complementary products
- ability to effectively analyse customer needs and select the right solutions from our portfolio
- ability to reach out to people at all levels of the organisation and build business relationships
- independently identifying, bidding for and implementing new sales opportunities
- active participation in the sales process and supervision of the implementation of commercial contracts
- effective negotiation, clarification of agreements and formalisation of contracts
- ability to prepare and conduct presentations and business meetings
- implementation of the marketing activities prepared in the framework of the marketing strategy, making a substantive contribution to its development
- promoting a positive and professional image of the company among customers and colleagues
- ongoing monitoring and analysis of the market and competitors' activities
- Regular reporting on the status of projects and the effects of implemented solutions, management of the customer base
Requirements:
- at least 5 years' experience as a Sales Manager or Key Account Manager
- necessary experience in or general knowledge of sales of software solutions or IT or telecom services
- active relationships in your own business network, including industry contacts
- experience in conducting sales activities, sales talks, negotiations, creating offers and price calculations - proven success in sales
- autonomous planning of sales activities on a time horizon
- ease of establishing and developing business relationships
- knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-reliance, perseverance and results-oriented
- good organisation of work and ability to manage processes
- technological interests/ease/proficiency (welcome)

- knows the principles of web application development, front- and back-end architecture is not alien to him
- speaks and writes English
