Martin Košut Founder, President and CEO
Martin Košut is a co-founder of the company and has served as its chairman of the board and CEO since 2000.
Previously, he was responsible for Compaq Computer's eCommerce business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and developed business for Tulip Computer in Central and Eastern Europe.
He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics and in Theology from the Catholic Theological Faculty of Charles University in Prague.
Piotr Herman Founder, Board Member and Managing Director in Poland
Piotr Herman joined our team in 2001 and was co-founder of our Polish subsidiary. He has been a member of the company's management team since 2004.
He previously worked for T-Mobile, Airtel and CT Creative Team.
Piotr holds a degree in telecommunications engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology and an MBA from the Warsaw School of Management.
Petr Mikeš Member of the Management Board and CTO
Petr Mikeš has held several management positions in our project delivery team since the start of operations in 2012. He assumed overall responsibility for the projects and services department in 2017 and joined the board in 2019.
Petr holds a degree in electrical engineering from Brno University of Technology.
David Košut Member of the Management Board
David Košut joined our Product Development team in 2017. He joined the board in 2019.
He holds a degree in energy engineering and management from the Czech Technical University in Prague.
Supervisory Board

Martin Košut jr. He has served on the supervisory board of the family holding company since 2011.
He holds an engineering degree in economics from the University of Economics in Prague and the Czech Agricultural University in Prague.
